No! Common Hearth folks are united by a desire to be connected to our neighbors, not to be just like them. We do tend to lean left, but there are no ideological requirements for membership. Also, nearly all of the current members heard about Common Hearth through a website, flyer, or calendar listing, rather than by knowing each other already. As more people join, they will contribute to the evolving flavor of our community.
